Nymphaea × daubenyana

Nymphaea x daubenyana is a cultivated hybrid of the African water lilies N. micrantha and N. caerulea. Like N. micrantha, a young plant develops at the leaf blade basis, which makes this Nymphaea easy to propagate. It has long been cultivated as floating-leaf plant in aquatic plant showhouses of botanical gardens, where it grows many fragrant light blue to pale purple flowers.
It is only rarely cultivated in aquaria.
