Flowgrow is a wonderful database but I'm having trouble confirming this plant. I'm leaning towards Vallisneria nana but I have not ruled out Helanthium bolivianum "Angustifolius" because I cannot find pictures of the leaf structure of that. The ends of the leaves are pointed and narrow so I do not think it's Vallisneria spiralis or natans.
Also for that chain sword, I'm thinking it's Helanthium sp. "Longifolius" but I'm not sure if it could be something else.
