Bucephalandra sp. Deep Purple from Kapuas

The original "Deep Purple" from the Kapuas region, found in 2011. This Bucephalandra reaches a large size and has an incredible colors of leaves.

soo neu finde ich die Buce gar nicht.
Erinnert mich stark an eine "ausgehungerte" Buce choclate queen.
Lediglich einen neuen Namen scheint sie bekommen zu haben.

Je nach Preis bin ich bereit dir eine abzukaufen. Dann setze ich sie nebeneinander und wir können gucken obs doch eine andere Pflanze ist.

Bucephalandra Choclate Queen? I never heard about it. My has pretty violet shining on the leaf.

Hallo vasteq, ich sehe auf dem Bild eine normale grüne Buce unter lila Beleuchtung.
Wenn diese Buce doch farbig sein sollte dann mach bitte mal ein Foto ohne buntem Licht!

Indeed this young seedling is still green and has turned bluish under the influence of the first fluorescent lamp that I have from the front of tank (it is not Led, only a T5 fluorescent lamp). The first pictures in previous posts shown a bluish mature, mother plant in normal lighting. I do not use light to artificially coloration plants for photos. Just such fluorescent lamp is recommended for better plant growth.
In my other aquariums, the first lamps has white light.
